To place an order as a gift, press "Gå til handlekurv/Go to checkout" after you have placed the desired items in the shopping cart, scroll down the page and tick off the box "gave", to make it a gift.
You will then have the opportunity to enter a gift message that will be written on the outside of the package. If you enter the recipient's number, we will also send the recipient your personal greeting by SMS the same morning as the gift is delivered, as well as a confirmation that the package has been delivered either on the doormat or in the mailbox. You will receive an SMS confirming that the bidder has delivered the gift, if you have entered your telephone number in the order.
The sender will not be visible to the recipient unless you write your name in the gift message, and it is therefore important to include this, if you want the recipient to know who sent them the gift.
Due to the GDPR, we are not allowed to state to the recipient who sent the gift, if they should ask about this 🤫
Gift deliveries that are delivered incorrectly due to ordering to the wrong address, with the wrong name or so forth, is the senders responsibility. We do not refund these deliveries.
