General information
If you have purchased as a logged in customer, you can change or cancel your order yourself by going to Min side and Ordrehistorikk and click the current order.

If you have purchased as a logged out customer, you must contact customer service to make changes.

What can be changed on your order

Gift message
If you purchased as a logged in customer you can change this yourself (Orderhistorikk) if you were not logged inn, our customer service are happy to help you with the change.

Change the date

If you want to change the date of the delivery contact our customer service. The change needs to be done within the deadline.

Changes on order

It is not possible to do changes on the order as change an item.

Cancel or refund

If you cancel, the payment for the order will be refunded to your card within a of 2-3 business days.

Change or cancel - important info!

You can change or cancel your order by 12:00 / 12 PM the day before delivery. If you order after 12:00 / 12 PM the day before delivery, you can change or cancel within 30 minutes until 20:30/8.30 pm. After 20:30/8.30 pm the order can not be changed or canceled.

After these times, the order has been sent to our suppliers so that they can prepare for how much to bake and pack 🍞 📫

Other deadlines will be different on days such as Mother's Day and Father's Day.
